Description
META-CARE® Iron contains iron derived from curry leaf extract and iron bisglycinate. The capsules also contain vitamin C from acerola cherry, vitamin B12, and folic acid. The formulation is vegan and non-GMO.
Recommended intake:
Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid around 30 minutes to an hour before a meal. Those who have higher iron requirements may take a second capsule as needed.
