In Ayurveda, a hectic everyday routine and racing thoughts are associated with an imbalance in the Vata dosha, which may be experienced as inner restlessness. This herbal blend is formulated as a traditional Rasayana to help support balance from an Ayurvedic perspective. Valued botanicals such as brahmi, gotu kola and ashwagandha have long been appreciated in traditional Indian teachings. The formula is further complemented by jatamansi and galangal and is traditionally associated with promoting the principle of Sattva.
Recommended intake: 1–2 tablets 2–3 times a day, preferably taken with water after lunch and dinner.
