The unsweetened, neutral powder has a nice texture and is very versatile. Use the egg substitute in sauces, cakes, hash browns or biscuits. The egg-substitute is light, fluffy and easy to use.
- It is lactose-free, vegan and gluten-free.
Recommended use: Simply mix 20 g of the powder with 40 ml of warm water to substitute for 1 egg.
