Description
This organic ashwagandha extract contains the premium raw material KSM-66® – a full-spectrum extract with 5% withanolides from organic farming. The plant-based capsules contain no unnecessary additives and are gluten-free and vegan.
Recommended dose:
Take 1 capsule twice daily with a meal or a glass of water.
Note:
- Taking ashwagandha concurrently with antidepressants is not recommended.
- Caution is advised when taking thyroid medication.
- Not suitable for children or those who are pregnant or nursing.
- Do not take if you have liver disease. In rare cases, ashwagandha may cause liver problems. If signs of liver problems occur (e.g. yellowing of the skin, unusual fatigue), consult a doctor immediately.
