Energy-rich dates provide purely vegetable, bioavailable and very useful vitamins.
Dates also provide valuable minerals and complex carbohydrates.

Dates: a source of energy and nutrients
Organic soy flour: high-quality source of protein
quinoa sprouts: provide b-vitamins as well as vitamins k & d
acerola cherries: source of vitamin C
Blakeslea Trispora mushrooms: contain provitamin A
Sunflower seeds: contain vitamin E
Organic coconut flakes: provide a great flavour!
Dolomite: provides natural calcium and magnesium carbonate

1 ball = ca 10 grams
