Maca (Lepidium meyenii) or Peruvian ginseng comes from the Andes, where it thrives at more than 4000 meters above sea level. Maca is one of the most popular superfoods in the world and is an excellent source of nutrients.

Consumption recommendation:
Mix 1 teaspoon of powder (3 - 5g) in approx. 200ml of water and drink once a day. You can also mix the powder in juice or food (yoghurt, soups, smoothies) or use it for baking. It is recommended to enjoy it in the morning.
