Description

These capsules are suitable for adults, seniors and children ages 10 years and older. Each capsule provides 5 billion lactic ferments, which are made up of the following bacteria strains:

  • Lactobacillus acidophilus
  • Lactobacillus rhamnosus
  • Lactobacillus plantarum
  • Lactobacillus salivarius
  • Bifidobacterium lactis

Recommended dose:
Take 1 gel capsule, preferably in the morning with breakfast, with a large glass of water.
