Description
The EAA powder from ESN not only scores with its fresh, fruity apple flavour. It also convinces with a great ratio of EAAs and BCAAs with 3:1:1. The powder is very finely ground, which is why it has maximum solubility. In addition, the sports powder is vegan and made from purely vegetable raw materials.
Consumption recommendation:
The consumption of ESN EAA is particularly recommended before, during or after training. On non-training days, a portion of EAA is recommended in the morning after getting up.
Preparation:
Stir 14g powder (1 measuring spoon) into 500 ml water. Fill the measuring spoon loosely to just below the rim or one tablespoonful. The preparation is best done with a hand shaker, e.g. the ESN Shaker. By shaking, the powder dissolves completely and the amino drink becomes "crystal clear". Please do not shake too vigorously. Consumption is especially recommended before, during or after training. On non-training days, take one serving in the morning after getting up.
