The silicon plus capsules contain a high content of silicon as well as magnesium and calcium. Take them before a hard day at work or before starting another challenging workout!
Recommended use:
- Take 1 capsule with plenty of liquid during meals. The capsules can be taken 3 times a day. If you weigh less than 40 kg, take a maximum of 1 capsule per day.
- Each package contains 60 capsules.
