These purely natural, vegetable-based capsules are lovingly made by hand from whole ground star anise. Star anise has been valued in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for thousands of years.

Recommended use:
- Take 1 capsule twice a day with sufficient liquid.
Tips:
Safe for children for the following use:
- "Magic Socks": Open 1 capsule and mix the contents with a little oil. Apply the mixture to the soles of the child's feet, put on a sock, and leave the sock and mixture on for a few hours or overnight.
Star Anise Honey:
- Mix the contents of a few capsules with honey, and eat from a spoon several times a day.
