Description
Melatonin Spray by Doppelherz rounds out your bedtime routine with 1 mg of melatonin per spray - just two sprays directly in your mouth. With a minty fresh flavour.
Recommended dosage:
2 sprays directly onto the tongue before going to bed and swallow. Shake before use.
Note:
- This supplement is not suitable for children, adolescents, those who are pregnant or nursing, or those who have liver, kidney or autoimmune diseases.
- Those who are taking other medications should consult a doctor before taking melatonin.
- Melatonin should only be used for a limited time, for a maximum of 3 weeks.
- As alcohol reduces the effect of melatonin on sleep, do not take alcohol while taking melatonin.
- May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
