Description
Doppelherz Magnesium 500 + Calcium + Potassium is formulated to provide targeted support with essential minerals – particularly useful during periods of increased demand such as physical exertion, stress, or an imbalanced diet. Each high-strength tablet delivers a precisely balanced combination of magnesium, calcium, and potassium, complemented by vitamin D3 and vitamin B6.
Recommended dose:
In case of increased magnesium requirements, take 1 tablet daily with a meal and sufficient fluid, without chewing.
Tablets may be halved if needed.
Note:
- Magnesium intake exceeding 250 mg can have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
- Not suitable for children, adolescents, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or individuals with impaired renal function.
- Individuals with kidney or heart conditions should consult a healthcare professional before taking potassium.
