Description
This product offers a carefully balanced formula with 600 mg magnesium and 25 µg vitamin D3, equivalent to 1000 IU, in a single tablet. The gradual-release formula is designed to release the nutrients over several hours and can be easily incorporated into everyday routines.
Recommended intake:
Take ½ to 1 tablet daily with a meal and sufficient liquid. Swallow whole. If magnesium requirements are increased, for example due to intense physical exertion combined with a magnesium-poor diet, take 1 tablet daily. If the diet is simply unbalanced, take ½ tablet daily.
Note:
Amounts of magnesium above 250 mg may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
