Doppelherz aktiv Extra Hyaluron 0.4% Eye Drops provide intense, long-lasting hydration using cross-linked hyaluronic acid to soothe tired, dry, or irritated eyes. The formula is completely free from preservatives, sterile and reliable. Suitable for contact lens wearers and suitable for frequent use, these drops help maintain eye comfort during hectic daily routines.

How to Use:

• Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
• Remove the tamper-evident seal before first use.
• Remove the protective cap to open the bottle.
• Hold the bottle upside down and apply gentle pressure to place 2 drops into each eye, unless otherwise directed.
• Wait a few seconds after each drop without squeezing the bottle to allow air to flow back into the sterile air-filter system, ensuring smooth dispensing for subsequent uses.
• As the bottle empties, a slightly firmer squeeze may be required. This is normal for the special airless closure system that preserves sterility and formula integrity without preservatives. A small residual amount of solution will remain in the bottle.
• Shake off any remaining liquid from the tip after use.
• Replace the protective cap immediately after use.
• Do not replace the cap while the container is still compressed.
• Do not allow the dropper tip to touch any surface, including your eyes or fingers.

• Store in a dry place between 2°C and 30°C, away from heat and direct sunlight.
• Use within 3 months of opening.
• For external ocular use only. Do not swallow.
• For individual use only.
• Do not use if the container is damaged or not fully sealed prior to first opening.
• Do not use if the solution appears cloudy or contains visible particles.
• Avoid touching the tip of the bottle to your eye or any other surface during application.
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the outer carton and bottle label.
• If you experience any adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
• Do not use if you have a known sensitivity to any of the ingredients.
• No interactions with medications or other eye drops have been reported; however, allow an interval of at least 15 minutes before applying other eye drops.
• Dispose of the product in accordance with local waste regulations.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use.
• Do not attempt to tamper with or disassemble the bottle nozzle.
• Any serious incident related to the product should be reported to the manufacturer and the relevant local authority.
• Due to the viscosity of the solution, temporary slight blurriness may occur immediately after application. It is advisable to wait a few seconds until your vision clears before engaging in activities that require clear sight.
