Description
Her Cycle by Carnium Botanicals is a food supplement designed to support women throughout their menstrual cycle. The vegan and gluten-free capsules are tailored to the four phases of the menstrual cycle (menstruation, follicular phase, ovulation, luteal phase) and come in separate blister packs.
- Winter (Menstruation): These capsules are enriched with iron, ginger, and yarrow.
- Spring (Follicular phase): Includes zinc, coenzyme Q10, and vitamin D3 to support this phase.
- Summer (Ovulation): These capsules contain nettle, N-acetyl L-cysteine, and selenium.
- Autumn (Luteal phase): Contains magnesium, chaste tree extract, and vitamin B6, among others.
Recommended use by the manufacturer:
- Start taking the capsules on the first day of your cycle (day 1 of your period). From day 1 to day 5, take one capsule daily from the Winter blister pack.
- From day 6 to day 12, take one capsule daily from the Spring pack.
- In the third phase, take one capsule daily from the Summer pack from day 13 to day 15.
- In the final phase, take one capsule daily from the Autumn pack from day 16 to day 28.
Tips & notes:
- You can take the capsules at any time of day.
- If your cycle is shorter or longer than 28 days, you can adjust the intake accordingly. Any remaining capsules can be used in your next cycle.
- Her Cycle is not suitable if you are using hormonal contraceptives, thyroid medication, or undergoing other hormone therapies.
