Original Organic Birch Juice

Birch sap has a revitalizing, purifying effect and a wonderfully fresh taste for a happy body and mind.

• It is harvested in the spring after the snow melts. The birches store minerals and vitamins in the roots over the winter. In the spring, the birch begins to transport the sap from the roots to the leaves. Every day several hundred liters of purified nutrient-rich water flow through the trunk of the tree. Then the birches are gently tapped and the precious juice is harvested.
• Only a very small fraction of the water is taken from each tree so the birches stay strong. Long-term, this careful harvesting does not harm the trees.

The trees used to produced the sap are organically grown.
