Description
The gently produced almond flour is made from peeled, unroasted almonds that have been cold-pressed and partly de-oiled. The remaining press cake is ground into a fine flour that contains less fat compared to non-de-oiled almond flour.
- With its mildly nutty flavour, the flour is ideal for cooking and baking.
- The resealable, sustainable, organic packaging is ideal for storage and is 100% compostable.
Uses:
- Stir 1-2 tablespoons into a shake, smoothie, cereal or yoghurt
- For cooking & baking - when baking, 10-20% of the conventional flour can be replaced with almond flour. If necessary, increase the amount of liquid in the recipe slightly until the dough has the desired consistency.
- You can also enjoy the flour in casseroles or desserts.
