Description

Keep this delicious mix on hand for celebrations, parties, or just for yourself! Whip up a delicious cake batter in no time! The batter makes about that makes about 15 muffins or 1 bundt cake. The irresistibly moist and chocolatey taste pampers all the senses and makes a lovely snack.

Fresh ingredients needed:

  • 420ml milk
  • 140ml sunflower oil
  • 1 egg

Tip: Instead of sunflower oil, you can use any other kind of oil you have.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 165 ° C (convection).
  2. Open the mix and pour the contents into a large bowl
  3. Classic version: add 420 ml milk, 140 ml sunflower oil (see the milk and oil lines in the can) and 1 egg and stir for 1 minute with a food processor, hand mixer or by hand until you have a smooth dough.

Muffins:

  • Place 15 muffin wrappers in a muffin tray and pour the dough up to 1 cm below the edge with a spoon or a piping bag.

  • Grease the bundt cake or cake tin with butter and dust with flour.

* Poke test:
Before taking the cake out of the oven, we recommend doing a poke test. To do this, pierce the centre of the cake with a thin wooden toothpick or metal cake tester. The stick should be dry without any liquid batter on it when you pull it out.
