Bake Affair Chocolate Muffins, 860 g

Preparation:

Muffins:

• Place 15 muffin wrappers in a muffin tray and pour the dough up to 1 cm below the edge with a spoon or a piping bag.
• The muffins can now be baked at 165 ° C for about 35 minutes (do a poke test *).

Chocolate Bundt Cake:

• Grease the bundt cake or cake tin with butter and dust with flour.
• Fill the dough into the mould and bake at 165 ° C (convection) for 65 minutes (do a poke test*).
• Take the tin out of the oven and let cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then take out of the tin and let cool on a wire rack.

* Poke test:
Before taking the cake out of the oven, we recommend doing a poke test. To do this, pierce the centre of the cake with a thin wooden toothpick or metal cake tester. The stick should be dry without any liquid batter on it when you pull it out.
