Description
Abtei Beta-Carotin Plus combines beta-carotene with selected vitamins and B vitamins. In the body, beta-carotene is converted into vitamin A, which, together with biotin and niacin, helps maintain normal skin. Vitamin C supports normal collagen formation, while vitamin E, vitamin C and riboflavin (vitamin B2) contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The capsules are easy to take as a daily supplement to your diet.
Recommended intake:
Swallow 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid (e.g. ½ glass of water).
Note:
Heavy smokers should avoid high doses - more than 10 mg - of beta-carotene per day.
