Snoring occurs when the passage of air through the throat or nose is partially blocked. This can have many negative effects on sleep, in life or the relationship.

Why do we snore?

When we sleep, the tongue and the fabric on the back of the palate and the pharynx relax. For some people, this is partially blocking the passage of air during breathing.

There are several factors that may be decisive for this problem:

• Overweight can lead to a narrowing of the airways
• Pregnancy (especially because of the weight gain)
• Obstacles in the upper respiratory tract (colds, allergies, etc.)
• Consumption of alcohol or tobacco
• Problems in the tissue associated with age
• Stress

Recommended use: Use before going to bed

1. Shake the bottle.
2. Lift the top of the bottle at 90 °.
3. Spray 4 to 20 times on the back of your neck!

To achieve a better effect, wait 20 seconds after spraying before swallowing. Do not drink, smoke or eat after spraying.
