Description

This baking mix was created with a lot of love. The high-quality ingredients result in a tasty loaf of bread in no time at all! The mixture does not contain any flavourings, flavour enhancers or preservatives.

You'll need:

  • Water
  • A measuring cup
  • A springform pan

Preparation:

  1. Mix 320 ml of lukewarm water with the baking mix and knead vigorously for approx. 5 minutes.
  2. For a loaf of bread, it is advisable to proof the dough in a proofing basket or springform pan. The rolls spread out on a baking sheet, no matter which shape you choose.
  3. The dough should rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (electric).
  5. Score the dough crossways with a sharp knife and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Let the bread cool before cutting.

Tip:

  • Moisten the loaf a little with your hands and sprinkle with pumpkin or sunflower seeds.

Note:

  • If you are allergic to house dust mites, crustaceans, molluscs and shellfish, you should refrain from eating these insects.
