ZIRP Insects Beetroot Risotto Mix

This ready-mix conjures up a delicious risotto in no time. Seasoned with fine spices, it spoils the palate, while the strong color is also visually impressive. For 2 people.

You'll need:

• An onion
• White wine
• Olive oil
• Vegetable bouillon or water

Preparation:

1. Cut 1/2 the onion into small cubes and fry in a saucepan with oil until translucent.
2. Add the risotto mixture and fry briefly.
3. Deglaze with the white wine.
4. As soon as the smell of the white wine has dissipated, gradually add approx. 500 ml of soup or water. Stir until the rice is soft but still firm to the bite.
5. Season the risotto and enjoy!

Tip:

• Add 2 tablespoons of parmesan and a sip of cream or oat milk. The smoked ZIRP crickets also go perfectly with the risotto.
