Description
Xucker Organic Erythritol consists of 100% erythritol, which is obtained from certified organic corn. In the process, dextrose is fermented from corn starch. To ensure the highest possible quality, the cultivation, raw materials and manufacturing plants are regularly strictly controlled by external experts. The product is calorie-free, GMO-free and therefore the ideal sweetener for the nutritionally conscious - also suitable for those monitoring their blood sugar levels.

Recommendation for use:
As a sugar substitute, 1g erythritol replaces approx. 0.7g sugar. Erythritol can be used for pastries and cakes without any problems. It is recommended not to exceed 25% erythritol by weight.
Tip:
It is not suitable for making jam, as the product crystallises.
