Resveratrol is a stilbenoid, a kind of natural phenol produced by several plants in response to injuries or attacks from pathogens such as bacteria or fungi. It is mainly found in grapes, raspberries, mulberries and Japanese perennial knotweed.

• Resveratrol has a bioavailability of only a few percent.

Recommended use:

• Shake before use.
• Take ½ measuring spoon (2.5 ml) once a day. If necessary, stir into water or juice.
• After opening, drink within 2 months. Store in the refrigerator.
