Description
With this MCT oil, you catapult an extra ketosis kick into any dish you serve. Does Bulletproof coffee mean anything to you? Bulletproof coffee is made with MCT oil.
- Made without the addition of additives, colourings or preservatives.
- Palm oil-free.
- Vegan.
Recommended use:
- Start with 1 tsp per meal and gradually increase the amount. You can use MCT oil like other cooking oils, e.g. for salad dressings and other cold dishes.
Important note:
- MCT is not suitable for frying, as it should not be heated above 120° Celsius.
Bulletproof Coffee Recipe:
- Ingredients: 250 ml coffee, 2 tablespoons butter & 2 tablespoons MCT oil.
Preparation:
- Make your coffee as usual, then add the butter and oil to the coffee. This is then mixed thoroughly for about 30 seconds until creamy.
