Description
The Keto Creamer is a coffee creamer that is ideal for a ketogenic diet. It is made of pure butterfat and MCT oil powder with C8 & C10 fatty acids. MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) are naturally found in coconuts and coconut oil.

Recommended use:
- Dissolve 1-2 scoops in 200 ml of liquid.
- 1 portion = 10 g (2 teaspoons)
Tip:
Stir into warm drinks like coffee or tea, or add the powder to your porridge or a shake, mix it into yoghurt, or make your own keto chocolate or energy balls.
