Description
With Scitec Nutrition's Protein Pancake product, you can quickly and easily make a protein-rich pancake.
Recommended use:
- Mix 37 g (1 scoop) daily with approx. 100 ml skim milk or water. Stir until a pancake dough is formed. Pour the batter into a nonstick skillet and fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. Experiment with the thickness of the dough, the size and the cooking time until you've mastered the perfect pancake!
