Protein Delite contains the milk proteins whey and casein, both of which are so-called complete proteins.

Whey protein can be easily digested and contains amino acids which gives the protein mix a high biological value. Protein Delite also contains amino acids, taurine and L-glutamine.

Recommended use:

Dissolve 1 scoop in 300 ml of water or milk. Drink 1-2 servings daily after workout and/or for dinner.
