Description
Flax is one of the premium sources of Alpha-Linolenic Acid (Omega 3) and Linoleic Acid (Omega 6), two essential fatty acids that can't be made by the body and must be obtained from the diet.
- In addition, high lignan Flax oil is a great source of lignans – phytochemicals, which are important elements in the diet of athletes. Our Flax oil is derived from organic Flax, so it's free from chemicals, pesticides and herbicides!
Directions: Take 1 softgel capsule twice daily, preferably with a meal.
