Description
BCAA XPRESS contains a ratio of 2: 1: 1 of leucine, isoleucine and valine. Since it is a powdered drink, it can be absorbed more quickly as a liquid than in tablet form. It can also be sipped conveniently before working out.
Flavour: tasteless
Recommended use:
- Take 1 serving (7g = 1/2 scoop) daily either before, during, or after exercise, or at another time, like before going to sleep. Take with 250ml of water or other liquids.
- To ensure that the mixture is evenly dissolved, mix vigorously and let your drink rest a little.
