Directions:
- Mix 1 scoop in 250 ml water, milk or any other liquid.
- The product can be used with any meal to boost its protein content, or by itself.
- Depending on your lean mass and nutritional needs, use 1-4 servings daily.
- Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such.
