Preparation:
Pancakes:

• 1 egg, 200g powder, 150 ml of milk, 150ml of mineral water, 1 pinch of salt, oil for frying.
• Mix all ingredients and let rise for 20 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan, add the batter to the pan and cook.
• Note: The pea flavour of the raw dough disappears after it is cooked.
