Raab Vitalfood Protein Porridge

The tasty protein porridge by Raab Vitalfood offers a mixture of grain flakes and flours, can be prepared in no time and can easily be flavoured with fruit or nuts.

Recommended use:

• Briefly shake the contents of the bag. Then add 50 g of the organic porridge mixture (about 5 heaped tablespoons) to 150 ml of hot liquid (water, rice milk, oat milk or cow's milk with 3.5% fat), stir and leave stand for 3 minutes, stirring regularly.
