Description
The Organic Spelt Grass is grown in Germany according to specific ecological standards. Spelt grass is one of the oldest grains and is an ancient grain. It is dried at low temperatures and is heated gently at not more than 42 degrees. It is rich in fiber. It also contains folic acid and vitamin K.
Recommended use:
- Take 1-3 times daily. Consume 1 teaspoon (equivalent to about 1.5 g) dissolved in still water, whey, apple juice, vegetable juice or warm soup.
