SAM in the human body

S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) arises when the metabolism produces the amino acid methionine.
Everyone has SAM in their body, but due to an unbalanced diet, frequent alcohol consumption, increasing age and other
reasons, deficiencies may arise.

Recommended dosage: 2 capsules daily

Can be temporarily taken together with half the dose of the isolate 5-HTP.
