Description
Bioflavonoids are a group of plant pigments that give leaves and fruit their colour. These include oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC), quercetin and citrus bioflavonoids as well as the polyphenols contained in green tea, for example. They support the effects of vitamin C.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 tablet daily with plenty of fluid.
