NaturaSlim Diet Shake

Replace one or more meals a day with NaturaSlim's Diet Shake. It has a high protein content and is low in calories.

NaturaSlim:

The shake can be prepared with water and dissolves quickly. (No milk required)

• Whey Protein - from whey, which is formed during cheese making. The protein is quickly absorbed by the body.
• Soy protein - quality plant proteins with perfect solubility. Lactose-free.
• Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids - due to the fact that we often do not eat as healthily as we should, we often have an imbalance between omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in our body.
• Stevia - sweetener of natural origin - made from the plant Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni. Stevia is almost calorie-free and is ideal for low-calorie diets.
• L-Carnitine - The vitamin-like substance L-carnitine is formed in the body from the amino acids methionine and lysine.

Preparation:
Stir 55 g (2 measuring cups) in about 300ml water (or skim milk).

Recommended use:

• Replace one or several meals a day with a Naturaslim Diet Shake.
• Caution: It is not a good idea to completely supplement your food with this shake. The shake should only be used in combination with a varied diet. The shake itself is only meant to be used for low-calorie diets, during a set amount of time. Make sure you consume with plenty of liquid.

Naturaslim Power Strawberry Müsli

Ingredients:

• 50g low sugar cereal
• 25g Naturaslim Protein Powder Strawberry (1 measuring cup)
• 250g low-fat yoghurt
• 250g low-fat quark
• 10 black currants
• about 5 strawberries

Add the low sugar cereal to a bowl and mix the strawberry protein powder in. Then add the low-fat yoghurt and quark and mix. Finally, add the blackcurrants and strawberries.
