Description
Mate tea is called the "Potion of the Gods" in South America, where it hails from. The organic Mate tea is harvested by the indigenous people of Guarani. The local nettles are gently air-dried and give the hot drink essential nutrients. This makes it a very special blend.
Preparation:
- Sprinkle 2-3 teaspoons of nettle tea into 250ml of hot water (70 ° C to max. 95 ° C) and let stand for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
- Refine the tea with honey or milk to taste.
- The nettle tea should be drunk in the morning.
- Sufficient for about 16-18 cups of tea.
- Shake before use.
