BCAA stands for the branched-chain amino acids L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine. The recipe for the BCAA tablets is formulated according to the latest recommendations by professionals in the optimal ratio of 3: 1: 1 = L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine.
