Description
Verjus-pure "Sour" is made with 5g of sugar per 100ml. It is used as a histamine-free alternative to vinegar and is ideal for salad dressings, marinades for wild game and fish or for goulash and stews.
Verjus-pure Sour is gently filtered to preserve as much of the flavour as possible. The flavour-enhancing, natural tartaric acid has a polyphenol content that is well above that of red wine.
