Description
The omega-3 fish oil by KAL® is obtained exclusively from cold water marine fish, and has a content of 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA. Through many cleansing processes using molecular distillation, KAL guarantees that the raw materials used highly pure.
- EPA = eicosapentaenoic acid, a polyunsaturated fatty acid
- DHA = docosahexaenoic acid, a polyunsaturated fatty acid
Recommended dosage:
Take 1 softgel daily with a meal with plenty of fluid.
