In recent years the concept of ​​superfoods has made the rounds. They are foods, which are supposed to have especially good effects on the human body.

You can get the best of both worlds and create super smoothies with the following recipes.

Chlorella Apple Super Smoothie

240 ml apple juice

2 tablespoons lemon juice

½ tablespoon Chlorella powder

A neat pinch of cinnamon

3 ice cubes

Green Spirulina Super Smoothie

A cup of milk (preferably almond, coconut or raw milk)

A mixed cup of berries (fresh or frozen)

A banana

2 teaspoon Spirulina

A bit of honey or stevia to sweeten (optional)

Wheatgrass Carrots Smoothie

100 ml of carrot juice

50 ml wheatgrass from powder

50 ml apple juice

2 tablespoons spirulina powder

½ teaspoon ginger

Blueberry Walnut Smoothie with Acai

1 glass of soy, rice or almond milk

¼ glass walnuts (chopped)

½ glass blueberries

1 ripe banana

1-2 teaspoons acai powder

Agave syrup (to taste)

3 ice cubes

Strawberry Goji<> Super Smoothie

125g natural yogurt

2 teaspoons goji powder

1 banana

4 strawberries

1 teaspoon liquid coconut oil

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy, then enjoy!!
