Extract of artichoke (Cynara scolymus) in veg. capsules

• Artichokes are cultivated in many countries, especially in the countries around the Mediterranean Sea in southeast Europe. They are also grown in California and South America. The plant contains flavonoids, caffeic acid derivatives and sesquiterpenlactones (bitter substances) that are the bioactive substances found in the flower heads, leaves and roots of the artichoke.
• Provides 250 mg of a standardized extract from the flower of the artichoke (Cynara scolymus) with 2.5-5% (from 6.25 to 12.5 mg) caffeoylquinic acids.
• No artificial colors or preservatives • Hypoallergenic • Free of yeast, wheat, corn, soy and milk
