Recommended use:
- Enjoy 1-2 tablespoons a day.
Tips :
- Can be added to soups, crackers, smoothies, juices, shakes and pastries.
Recipe: Barley Grass Juice
Stir 1 heaping teaspoon of barley grass powder into 250ml of water or fruit juice.
Enjoy 1-3 times a day!!
