With the Garmin-external power pack powermonkey Explorer you can be on longer the road. The waterproof power pack was specially designed for the fitness and outdoor products from Garmin and includes a lithium-ion battery with 2200 mAh to charge a 5-volt appliances. It is robust, compact, and lightweight, which is particularly appreciated by outdoor enthusiasts, who place great value on small footprint and light weight.
The external power pack is suitable for demanding cyclists and delivers true performance exactly at the right time. The additional 20 hours on tours with the Edge ® 800 results in an excellent combination that is offered for a one-week cycling holiday as well as for the 24-hour marathon riders.
There are 3 ways to charge the power pack: with the Foldable Solar Panel, where the power pack gets charged in 5 hours up to one third and fully in 15 hours, via the universal charger that can be used in more than 150 countries, and via USB, where the charging time is less than 7 hours.
