The Omega-3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) cannot be produced by the body itself, which is why they should be supplemented or taken in with food.
Note:
- The capsules are not suitable for people with swallowing difficulties.
Directions for use:
- Take 1 capsule daily swallowed whole with some liquid.
