Description
Vata Dosha tea is a sweet, warming tea and soothes the Vata Dosha.
- Particularly recommended for relaxing, during winter, while travelling or for people with a Vata constitution.
Preparation:
Pour fresh, boiling water over 1 teabag per large cup or jug and let it steep for 5 - 7 minutes.
Important:
Contains liquorice - avoid excessive consumption of this product if you have high blood pressure.
