• This shake is vegan and can be made with plant-based milk. It contains 25 different vitamins and minerals as well as biotin and the co-enzyme Q10. The formula is specially adapted to men's needs. The delicious strawberry flavour makes it pleasant to drink and the shake keeps you feeling full while still being low in calories.

Recommended use:

• For 1 meal, use 50 g powder (= 2 measuring spoons), 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil with lots of unsaturated fatty acids and 400-500 ml of water and vegetable milk in the following ratio: 50% water, 50% vegetable milk, preferably unsweetened oat milk (or soy, almond, rice or coconut milk) in a shaker or mixer.
