Description
Siberian fir oil extract is made from fir trees that grow in ecologically clean areas in Siberia.
- The oil is 100% natural and is obtained by distillation.
Recommended use:
- 1-2 times daily, pour 5-10 drops on a teaspoon and drink pure or with sugar or honey.
For external application:
- Muscles and joints can be massaged with the pine oil.
- A few drops of pine oil in water can also be inhaled for approx. 5 min.
- For a relaxing bath add a few drops into the water. (20 min)
