Recommended use:
- Shake well before use. Drink 1-3 servings (1 serving = 25 ml) of Amino Liquid daily, diluted with water (approximately 250 ml), preferably for breakfast and before and immediately after training and / or at bedtime.
- Keep the opened bottle in the refrigerator and use contents within 4 weeks.
